The European Commission has published a new study analyzing the impact of research and technological innovation funded by the European Union on society. The aim of this study is to measure the effectiveness of European projects supported over the past 11 years in active and healthy aging. In the fourth place of the most influential projects comes the CARER + project which enabled to better equip carers, faced with the new challenges of the digital age.
This project, which was funded by the European Union from 2012 to 2015, counted among the leaders of the consortium two French partners and members of EFFE: IPERIA l’Institut, which was leader and Fepem.
Objectives:
The project aims to improve the quality of life of life assistants, family carers as well as older people with a loss of autonomy.
