On July 1, 2020, the European Commission presented its European Skills Agenda for sustainable competitiveness, social fairness and resilience. It includes 12 concrete actions to be carried out over the next 5 years to implement the first principle of the European Social Rights Foundation. Among them, the launch of a Pact for skills in November 2020 should strengthen sectoral partnerships through the Blueprint for sectoral cooperation for skills and extend it to new sectors.
EFFE has met the DG EMPL in order to discuss about the creation of an alliance dedicated to the personal and household services sector (PHS).
