The importance of quality Vocational Education and Training for inclusion : the success story of the Erasmus+ project ChildIN

On April 21st, Marie-Béatrice LEVAUX, president of EFFE, participated in the webinar “The importance of quality Vocational Education and Training for inclusion: the success story of the Erasmus+ project ChildIN“.

The project was initialy planned for 24 months, but had to be extended because of the health crisis. It aimed at developing a “blended” training for childminders dealing with autistic children. The consortium was composed of 6 partners coming from 4 Member States, namely:

This final conference gathered policy-makers committed in VET related issues at European, national and regional levels, but also civil society organisations representing the rights of people with disabilities, and all the members of the consortium. This major event allowed us to highlight the importance of professionalizing childminders across the EU.
